Burt Brigda

Burt Brigida is a founding member of the Miss Mission Beach Pageant.

Burt Brigida joined Torrey Pines Bank in 2009 as Senior Vice President / Commercial Lending Manager. Today, Burt heads up the Bank's Golden Triangle Office, which is located in the heart of University Towne Center. For more than two decades Burt has built a distinguished career predicated on honesty and fair dealing. His expertise encompasses all areas of commercial and corporate finance, including revolving credit, equipment finance, real estate finance and international trade and will draw on his industry experience to create greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Burt commits a great deal of his personal time to sharing his business
acumen with business and community groups. He is a loan committee
member of California Southern Small Business Development Corporation
and member of the South East Economic Council's Entrepreneur Academy's
Bankers’ Panel in addition to serving on the Board for the YMCA's Youth and Family Services. He is also a member of the San Diego Nice Guys.

Burt earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and now serves on the Alumni Board for the School
of Business.


Mike Herritt

Mike Herritt is one of the founding members of the Miss Mission Beach Pageant. He was coordinating OMBAC's “Coming Out Party”, and when he and the 2 other founding members came up with the idea of a beauty pageant to be held on the same day as the “Coming Out Party”.

Mike usually has his hand in every event that happens in San Diego County. This makes him a good guy to know if you need something; he usually knows where to get whatever you need.


Tracey Gaines

Tracey Gaines, aka The Taxman, is the President/CEO of Gaines & Welsh Financial Services, Inc. a Mission Valley based company specializing in tax preparation and planning, bookkeeping and payroll services and general financial advisory services. Tracey is a second generation San Diegan. Tracey and his wife Kristin are kept very busy with work and their 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Tracey has been in business in the same location since 1977 and has  more than 2400 clients. Tracey’s tax and financial advice has been heard on several radio and TV stations in town and has published many articles in local publications. Tracey graduated from El Cajon High School in 1971 and was in the Army and 82nd Airborne from 1971-1974. Outside of work Tracey keeps himself active by taking TaeKwonDo, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Because of Tracey’s  love of sports and his desire to give back to the community that has given him so much it was a natural fit for him to become an active board member of Miss Mission Beach where he could invest his time and talent to help the adaptive sports community in and around San Diego.

 


Kerrie Carty

Kerrie Carty joined the Miss Mission Beach organization in 2009 as Secretary. Since becoming a board member, she become a key player in the pageant production.

Kerrie has worked at Torrey Pines Bank since 2009 as a Credit Analyst/Loan Processor. She grew up in San Diego and lives in Santee with her husband and two daughters.


Sean Guinn

Sean joined Miss Mission Beach as a web designer, worked on the first generation of the website in 2009 in preperation for the 2010 pageant. The site has since been redisigned from the bottom up in 2011.

Sean works as a Freelance Television Engineer for the local and worldwide television and events. If you have any questions about the site or would like him to change something on the website at anytime.
